q: what if i do not have a yoga mat?
a: no worries, lululemon athletica is providing mats for those without. plus, the movement area will be set-up with mats so they everyone has enough room to MOVE :) we are also providing toilettes to wipe down the mat when you're done. a: this is yoga fitness event so come in comfortable exercise apparel that will allow you move. avoid loose shorts which are a 'pick-a-boo' into that area when sitting and in certain poses.
